Vienna Festival Ballet return to The Mill

Following their sell-out visit with The Nutcracker in November, Vienna Festival Ballet are back at The Mill this Spring with their latest full-scale production of Coppélia.

Colourful costumes, lively characters and beautiful music from Delibes all combine to create a magical telling of the classic story of old Dr Coppelius, his prized doll Coppélia and the jealous lovers Swanhilda and Franz as they embark on an enchanting evening of mischief and frivolity.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to see the full company of Vienna Festival Ballet perform this classic magical tale in The Mill’s intimate auditorium.

Coppélia will be at The Mill on Friday 29th March with performances at 5pm and 8pm.

A Super Happy Story (About Feeling Super Sad) is a hilarious cabaret musical about depression that explains, sings, and throws glitter about how it’s OK not to be OK. Written by Olivier Award winner Jon Brittain this is a joyful, buoyant, gleeful, slightly silly, sugar-coated and completely happy show (apart from the bits about depression)!

With a string of awards under its belt including Best Musical (Musical Theatre Review) and the Fringe First Award 2017, the show has also notched up a plethora of 5 star reviews with Lyn Garnder in The Guardian commenting “A Super Happy Story is superb… Undoubtedly the most uplifting show about depression since Every Brilliant Thing”.

A Super Happy Story will be at The Mill Arts Centre on Friday 15th March at 7.30pm.
