A new photography open exhibition coming to the Heseltine Gallery gives you a great opportunity. Deadline for entries is 31 January 2020. This exciting exhibition will feature photographic artwork by both emerging and established photographers covering a range of media including digital photography, analogue photography, photo-silk screen printing, photography-based collage and photogravure.

All entries must be submitted digitally and will be selected by a panel of independent judges who will select work based on quality and technique. Judges and prizes for the exhibition will be announced early next year. The gallery is also welcoming entries from younger talent across the region to form a special category for those aged between 11 and 18 years.
Tactile Fusion 12th January – 12th February 2020
Seven regional artists join together as part of a new exhibition Tactile Fusion focussing on traditional and contemporary textile methods and displaying works from artists who use a range of mixed media. Tactile Fusion with free entry will wow visitors with its eclectic mix of styles.
Artists include Abigail Bury who creates fabric designs for interiors, Charlotte Relf embroidery and constructed textiles, Linda Westerman hand-stitched embroidery and mixed media, Lis Mann who produces work that has an autobiographical nature, Bev James creates a variety of handmade scarves, Stella Benford ceramics and metalwork is paired with Annabel Goodwin, also a ceramicist who has a raw, natural quality to her work.
Much of the work will be for sale and ‘Meet the Artist’ events will be scheduled over weekend openings.
10 am – 4 pm weekdays, 11 am-3 pm weekends.
