The Hummingbird Cancer Support and Therapy Centre temporarily closed her doors, Monday 16th March 2020, since then we have been trying to support our guests by telephone, emails, social media and our webpage. We’ve been posting blogs for relaxation, meditation and home massage, and over time other team members are bringing new ideas to this new way of supporting our guests, we appreciate not everyone does Facebook so we’ve created a blog for our website as well.
Guests have been sending us messages of which we have been posting and sharing for others either by Facebook or our website, we are finding that this is starting to work really well.
Our counselling team have been on hand to carry out support via the telephone and zoom if and when required,
I can reassure the community of Bicester, surrounding villages and further afield when the time is right for us to open our doors and continue with the support that we provide we will and are in a position to do so.
In the meantime we are reminding everyone that we are still open for business albeit it not face to face, with the powers of technology and the support from Fast Track Telecommunications we have been able to carry on doing what we do best.
